A $30.00 non refundable registration fee per child is to be submitted at the time of application.
A one time supply fee is included in tuition payment # 1.
Monthly tuition is due on the first of the month. The first payment is due August 1st and the last March 1st.
A $10.00 late fee will be assessed after the 10th of the month.
A child's place in the class can not be held without monthly tuition payments
Refunds are not given for temporary absences due to illness, vacations, etc.
One month's written notice must be sent to Nursery School if a child must withdraw from school. The May tuition will be refunded if written notice is given 30 days in advance. If 30 day notice is not given, the May tuition is forfeited.

The Nursery School will follow the New Hartford Central School System except for in-service days. If New Hartford Schools close early or delay due to inclement weather, or non-scheduled days off, the Nursery School will also be closed.
The Nursery School will be in session from September , 2012 - May , 2013.
** Students enrolled in the current program are eligible to enroll in a 5-week June program. Applications available in January 2012.

Transportation
Transportation is provided by the parents. A list of names and telephone number of all the children enrolled will be available for those interested in forming carpools. If someone is to pick up your child other than the usual transporting adult, we must have a note from the parents to verify this. Parents are urged to be prompt for arrival and dismissal for the benefit and consideration of everyone.
